T-Mobile Major Shareholders Sell $120 Million Stake

Raul Marcelo Claure, a major shareholder of U.S. carrier T-Mobile US, Inc. (TMUS), sold 550,000 shares of common stock on February 12 at approximately $217 per share, raising about $119.7 million (roughly KRW 1.8 trillion). Nelson Marc Wolff, Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, received RSUs and performance-based RSUs on February 15 and had a portion withheld for taxes. He then sold approximately $3.7 million (about KRW 5 billion) worth of shares in open-market transactions on February 17 and 18, reducing his direct holdings to roughly 68,000 shares.

In its February 11 announcement of fiscal 2025 fourth-quarter and full-year results, T-Mobile US reported service revenue of $18.7 billion—up 10 percent year-over-year—for the quarter (about KRW 27 trillion), and $71.3 billion for the full year (roughly KRW 100 trillion).
