On March 11, Chief Revenue Officer Sean Michael Walters sold just over 22,000 Datadog Class A shares on the open market under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan established in December 2024, completing a sale worth about $2.8 million (around ₩4 billion) and retaining more than 200,000 shares of direct ownership.

Earlier, on February 26, non-executive director Dominic Phillips was awarded roughly 5,000 restricted stock units equivalent to Class A common shares under the company’s non-executive director compensation policy. These RSUs will vest in three equal annual tranches beginning in 2027.

Datadog announced on March 9 the official launch of its MCP Server interface, which enables AI agents to securely access real-time observability data. On March 10, the company unveiled plans for a local data repository and a new data center to serve regulated-industry customers in the U.K., further expanding its product and infrastructure footprint.

In its February release of fourth-quarter 2025 results, Datadog reported revenue and earnings per share that topped market expectations. For full-year 2025, the company posted $3.4 billion in revenue with a low-20% operating margin and guided for double-digit revenue growth approaching 20% in 2026.

Datadog is a U.S. SaaS provider of observability and security platforms for cloud-scale applications. It has grown into an integrated monitoring service covering servers, databases, applications, and AI workloads.

Le-Quoc, a co-founder and the company’s CTO, leads Datadog’s technology strategy. Phillips, who joined the board this year and currently serves as CFO at Samsara, brings financial expertise to advise on Datadog’s growth strategy and capital allocation.
