'Reddit' C-Level Executives Exercise Options Worth Billions and Engage in Bulk Trading
At Reddit, Inc. (NASDAQ: RDDT), recent filings show that executives have been actively trading company shares over the past few weeks. Through an indirect holding structure, Sarah E. Farrell net-purchased 10,500 shares of Reddit Class A common stock for approximately $1.4 million (about KRW 1.9 billion), raising her combined direct and indirect stake to roughly $10 million (about KRW 13.6 billion). Chief Technology Officer Christopher Brian Sloew exercised options on 7,500 shares at $7.92 per share, then sold about 11,500 shares in the market—generating approximately $1.55 million (about KRW 2.1 billion) in cash—while transferring 289,288 shares into a family trust to preserve economic interest in 203,241 shares (worth around $27.4 million, or KRW 37 billion).
