Wiring Systems

Following the completion of parent company Aptiv’s automotive wiring business spin-off and Versigent’s inclusion as a replacement in the S&P SmallCap 600 Index ahead of the April 2 market open, expectations have risen for inflows from index-tracking funds.

Spun off from Aptiv, Versigent specializes in electrical wiring systems, designing and manufacturing low- and high-voltage electrical architectures and wiring harnesses for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, and energy storage systems. For 2025, it projects revenue of about $8.8 billion and net income of around $500 million, demonstrating stable cash-generation with global automakers and positioning it for a valuation reappraisal post-listing.
