'Datadog' CTO Sells Millions in Shares Amid AI Boom, Still Holds Significant Stake

On March 23, Datadog, Inc. (NASDAQ: DDOG) Chief Technology Officer Alexis Le-Quoc converted his Class B common shares into Class A shares and sold just over 30,000 shares on the open market, raising approximately $4.06 million (about 5.5 billion KRW). Filings show he still holds a substantial position in Class A shares, numbering in the millions. That same day, insider Amit Agarwal converted Class B shares held in a family trust into Class A shares, then sold tens of thousands of shares in separate transactions to secure roughly $3.1 million (about 4 billion KRW) in liquidity, while maintaining his stake through the trust and his spouse’s name. On April 1, Agarwal sold an additional 20,000 shares from the same trust, raising about $2.41 million (around 3 billion KRW). All of these trades were executed under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan established in December 2025, according to the SEC filing.
