U.S. Infrastructure Construction Executive Receives Billion-Dollar Stock Compensation... Reports Record Q1 Performance

MasTec, Inc. (NYSE: MTZ) announced on March 17, 2026 that its Chief Accounting Officer, Timothy Michael Love, received 492 shares of the company’s common stock as a stock award, increasing his direct holdings to 10,292 shares, while his indirect stake through 401(k) accounts remains at about 4,033 shares.

At a current share price of approximately $370.89, the newly awarded shares are valued at roughly $182,000 (about KRW 250 million), and Love’s direct and indirect holdings are estimated at around KRW 5.3 billion and KRW 2.1 billion, respectively.

In the first quarter of 2026, MasTec reported revenue of $3.8 billion—a 34% year-on-year increase—net income of $69.7 million, and adjusted EBITDA of $283.6 million, while raising its 18-month backlog to $20.3 billion. Concurrently, the company raised its full-year 2026 guidance to approximately $17.5 billion in revenue and $1.5 billion in adjusted EBITDA.

Following its full-year 2025 results and initial guidance for 2026, MasTec’s share price has climbed sharply to a new 52-week high of about $371, outpacing its infrastructure peers on the NYSE.

The company also announced it will hold an investor day in New York on May 12 to provide additional details on its growth strategy and medium- to long-term order pipeline.

Headquartered in Coral Gables, Florida, MasTec is an infrastructure engineering and construction company that provides design, construction, and maintenance services for communications networks, power transmission and distribution systems, pipelines, renewable energy plants, and other infrastructure assets.
