On May 6, Deming Xiao, Senior Vice President of Global Operations, sold about 29,000 shares in an open-market transaction, netting around $48 million (approximately KRW 65 billion). On the same day, reporting insider Eugen J. Elmiger disposed of roughly 12,000 shares, raising about $19.7 million (around KRW 26 billion). All three executives retained equity positions—either directly or via family and trust holdings—after their respective sales.

In its April 30 release of first-quarter fiscal 2026 results, Monolithic Power Systems reported record quarterly revenue of $804.2 million, surpassing both the prior-year period and the preceding quarter. Monolithic Power Systems, founded in 1997 by analog semiconductor engineer Michael Hsing, is a NASDAQ-listed designer and seller of high-performance power-management semiconductors used in data centers, AI infrastructure, automotive systems and telecommunications equipment.
