Burlato Soars 10% Despite Bond Issuance: What Happened?
Veralto Corporation (VLTO) shares climbed 9.64% on the New York Stock Exchange on the 3rd, closing at $90.38. Trading volume reached approximately 1.13 million shares, and the company’s market capitalization swelled to about $22.2 billion (roughly ₩31 trillion), marking a one-day increase of around $2.37 billion (₩3.3 trillion).
Veralto recently raised roughly ₩1 trillion by issuing $725 million of senior notes due 2032 with a 4.85% coupon. In the first quarter, the company reported earnings per share of $1.07, comfortably beating the market consensus of $0.88.
Spun off from Danaher in 2023, Veralto is a global industrial firm providing water-treatment and product-quality control solutions.
