US Public AI Solution Executives Receive Hundreds of Millions in RSUs

Samsara Inc. (NYSE: IOT) has granted substantial restricted stock units (RSUs) to its Chief Financial Officer, Chief Legal Officer and Chief Technology Officer in two tranches during April and May 2026, vesting over multiple years. CFO Dominic Phillips received an additional RSU award valued at approximately $84.6 million, bringing his total equity holdings to about $57.7 million (roughly ₩780 billion). The CLO and CTO each secured awards worth tens of millions of dollars, with the three executives’ combined long-term equity compensation totaling around $26.5 million (approximately ₩30 billion). All RSUs were granted at no cost and will vest quarterly beginning June 15, 2026, reinforcing a compensation structure tied to sustained tenure and company value growth.
