NVIDIA Major Shareholders Sell Over 500 Billion Won This Month
Mark A. Stevens, a director and major shareholder at NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA), disclosed that he sold approximately 1.9 million shares of NVIDIA common stock in the open market through multiple trusts on June 2, 4 and 18, generating roughly $400 million (about KRW 500 billion) in cash proceeds.
During the same period, another insider, Steven C. Neil, sold tens of thousands of shares from a trust held in his own name, disposing of stock valued at several million dollars (tens of billions of Korean won). Both Mr. Stevens and Mr. Neil continue to hold multi-million-share stakes in NVIDIA following these transactions.
On June 4, the trusts associated with Mr. Stevens transferred 307,500 NVIDIA shares as a gift to a family-related trust, filing the move as part of estate- and succession-planning rather than a sale.
Meanwhile, NVIDIA held its 2026 annual shareholder meeting online in the United States on June 24. The company is rapidly expanding its AI data center and robotics collaborations, including a next-generation AI memory partnership with SK hynix and joint projects with LG Group on humanoid robots and data centers.
Headquartered in Santa Clara, California, NVIDIA is a leading GPU and AI semiconductor company that dominates the global semiconductor and AI infrastructure markets with its data-center AI accelerators and graphics chips. Mark A. Stevens is recognized as a long-term insider whose large equity holdings and transfers structured through trusts have repeatedly appeared in public filings.
